We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, images, and specifications for all pet supplies including pet bandanas, collars, clothing, beds and car seats. However, please note the following:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color, pattern and detail may occur due to different display screens and handcrafted production processes. Minor differences in handmade items do not constitute quality defects.
  • Size recommendations are provided as a general guide only. It is your responsibility to measure your pet and review size charts carefully before purchasing. We cannot guarantee a perfect fit for every individual pet due to differences in breed, body shape and fur thickness.
  • All products are intended for use with healthy domestic cats and dogs only. They are not veterinary devices and do not replace professional veterinary care or advice.
  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a substitution or full refund.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in the currency displayed at checkout and exclude applicable taxes, duties and shipping fees, which will be calculated and shown clearly before you complete payment.
  • We reserve the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
  • Orders are only confirmed after full payment is successfully received. You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship to the countries and regions specified on our shipping policy page. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions or other factors outside our control.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect the package immediately. If the parcel appears visibly damaged or contents are missing, you may refuse acceptance and contact our customer service within 7 calendar days of delivery with supporting photos.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase:

  • Eligibility for return: Unused, unwashed, undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery for a refund or exchange, minus original shipping costs.
  • Hygiene restriction: For health and safety reasons, pet apparel, bandanas, collars and other personal items that have been opened, worn or tried on your pet are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive with a confirmed manufacturing defect.
  • Manufacturing defects: If you receive a product with a material or workmanship defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the defect and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement, full refund or store credit at our discretion.
  • Return shipping: Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Product Safety & Use Disclaimer

This section applies to all pet products including beds, car seats, clothing and accessories.

  • Supervision required: Always supervise your pet while they are using any product from our store. We are not responsible for any injury, choking, ingestion, damage or accident resulting from unsupervised use, misuse, chewing or modification of the product.
  • Pet car seats: Our pet car seats and booster beds are designed to improve travel comfort and reduce distraction. They are not a substitute for a certified pet safety harness or restraint. Safe driving remains the sole responsibility of the vehicle driver.
  • Fit check: Always ensure the product fits your pet properly and does not restrict breathing, movement or vision. Discontinue use immediately if you notice signs of discomfort, irritation or allergic reaction.
  • No veterinary advice: Nothing on our website constitutes veterinary or medical advice. If your pet has health concerns, consult a licensed veterinarian.
